I sometimes come across wonderful vintage and antique shirts of various kinds. Often they have been repaired and often they also need repair. I like to use visible mending techniques and because it’s likely they will need repair in the future I include with them a carefully selected sachet of mending materials, specific to each shirt. Mending Shirt 001 is 100% fine cotton vintage night chemise. Ive dyed it blue and repaired it using silk thread and linen patches and other visible mending techniques. Its got a lovely volume and lots of beautiful tucks and frills! I hope whoever gets this piece next will enjoy the process of care and repair. Suitable for EU sizes 32 - 44
